On behalf of HAKQ, this committee will be responsible for the reception & hospitality of each & every individuals invited for all the different occasions organized from time to time (like Meetings & discussions, yearly Ramadan Iftaar Meets and Annual Organizational Meet, etc). The activities of this group include the following but are not limited to:
- Arrangements of Meeting rooms, hall, etc.
- Organizing proper seating arrangements.
- Arranging food & beverages.
- Visa & travel arrangements of guest & invitees.
- Etc….
